James Morrison Discography

The discography of James Morrison, an English singer, songwriter and guitarist, contains two studio albums, 8 singles, teamwork and eight music videos.

Morrison launched Undiscovered, his debut album, in 2006. It peak the UK Albums Chart and got to the top ten in six other countries, and was authorized three times platinum by the British Phonographic Industry. His debut single was also his most victorious; "You Give Me Something" reached the top ten in nine countries including peaks of #5 in the UK Singles Chart and #1 in New Zealand. Four more singles were lauched from Undiscovered: "Wonderful World" and "The Pieces Don't Fit Anymore" in 2006; and "Undiscovered" and "One Last Chance" in 2007.

Morrison's second studio album, entitled Songs for You, Truths for Me, was launched on 29 September 2008. It arrived at #3 in the UK, and the top 20 in six other countries. The first single from the album was "You Make It Real", which arrived at #7 in the UK, #18 in the Netherlands and #38 in Ireland. "Nothing Ever Hurt Like You" was also launched as an American-exclusive single. "Broken Strings", a duet with Canadian pop singer Nelly Furtado, was lauched in the UK as the album's second single, and became Morrison's 4th Top 10 hit on the UK Singles Chart, peaking at #2. The song also became Morrison's get through hit on the Irish Singles Chart peaking at #2 giving him his first top ten single there. His next single, the third from Songs For You, Truths For Me, entitled "Please Don't Stop The Rain", is due to be launched on March 30, 2009.
